We did her room! Went surprisingly well....she was very grown up and pleasant about the whole thing! We managed to get two bags of toys together to give to Matt's parents for the jumble sale....and threw away 2 bin bags of general rubbish (lots of McDonalds toys too). Boo now thinks that her room looks massive and it was nice to tuck her up into bed without standing on a toy or slipping on a book! Her room was turning into a "potential death trap"!
Just watched the X Factor final...Leona won which was definately right....bless Ray he was so sweet to her at the end!
Got a busy day tommorrow...church in the morning..then we're having a christmas lunch at church..the whole 3 courses....brilliant. Then in the evening we're going to Carols by Candlelight at St Andrew's...always a lovely service and gets me in the mood for christmas.
Just booked us to go and see Cinderella at the Hackney Empire....oh no you haven't....oh yes i have...etc etc!!!

It's Christmas!
Well it is Christmas...the tree has gone up....was so unstressful that i couldn't quite believe it...the lights weren't tangled up...i think thats what helped! Bee also was here so i managed to remain fairly calm through it all! All i need to do now is hoover up all the little bits of tinsel that are now laying on the floor!
The shopping is nearly all done.....will get the food shoppoing delivered by Tesco's next week...it's going slightly too smoothly for my liking!
The crunch could possibly come on Saturday when i blitz Boo's room to make room for any new toys and bits she might get for Christmas! This has potential to really kick off, especially as she wants to "help" me with it. This is possibly how the conversations may go:
Me: you don't need this anymore
Boo: Yes i do
Me: but you're too old for it
Boo: but i like it
Me: no, you're not keeping it
Boo: Crying and then shouting "you're not my friend"
Me: ok...you can keep it
The alternative ending to that should be:
Me: Well you're still not keeping it!
Thats what i should be aiming for on Saturday!!!
